Duties and Responsibilities :
- Understand all pastry items offered including ingredients, methods of preparation and proper service.
- Take an active role where need arises in preparing quality pastry items, desserts, cakes etc.
- Ensure that all cleanliness and hygiene requirements are met within health & safety standards & adhere to all control
