In an effort to pave the way for an informal expanded meeting for a Cyprus settlement, UN undersecretary-general for political and peacebuilding affairs Rosemary DiCarlo is expected to visit Cyprus, Greece and Turkey in mid-February.
UN sources said DiCarlo was planning to meet with high-ranking officials, ahead of the informal expanded meeting scheduled to take place in March in Switzerland.
The exact dates of DiCarlo’s visits have not been finalised
