A bill for fostering children is being submitted to the House of Representatives, with the best interests of children in mind, Deputy Welfare Minister Marilena Evangelou said on Monday.
The bill will modernise the legislative framework, upgrade the institution and strengthen the services provided.
Several provisions are included in the proposed bill, which are already being implemented by the Social Welfare Services based on circulars.
