
The Cyprus News Agency (CNA) has submitted a budget request of €3,803,774 for 2025. Addressing the House interior committee, the chairman of CNA’s board of directors, Andreas Frangos, outlined plans to invest in digital transformation, new technologies, and the digitisation of the agency’s archive.
As a semi-governmental organisation, CNA’s budget requires approval from the House plenum , which is expected in the coming weeks. The agency currently employs 55 staff
