Procedures are underway to open a new palliative care centre in the Paphos district village of Tala , the village’s mukhtar Yiannakis Kokkinos said on Tuesday.
Speaking to the Cyprus News Agency, he said the building which will house the centre was donated by a British couple to a non-profit organisation, and said the project is ready for operation “except for a few details”.
