A minor had been identified by Paphos police on Wednesday as responsible for the desecration of a monument to Eoka freedom fighters in the city.
The incident came to light earlier in the week after the monument, located in Dasoudi park, was found with numbers sprayed on the commemorative name plaques with blue paint.
According to the police, the minor was located on Tuesday and has admitted to the act
