Cold and icy weather in Cyprus’ mountainous regions on Saturday morning saw the police impose restrictions on the types of vehicles which can access the island’s mountain roads .
With the roads icy and snow remaining settled in Troodos, mountain roads are only open to vehicles with four-wheel drive or those with snow chains on their tyres.
The mountain roads impacted by the restrictions are as follows:
