Hellas Sat announced on Tuesday that it has been granted a licence to establish and operate a digital terrestrial television (DTT) network in Cyprus, marking a major step forward in the country’s broadcasting landscape. The authorisation, issued by the director of the deputy ministry of research’s electronic communications department, will be valid from December 1, 2025 to November 9, 2040.
