Deputy Minister of Research Nicodemos Damianou on Friday stressed the importance of investing in artificial intelligence (AI) at the Demystifying and Unleashing AI conference in Nicosia.
Highlighting AI’s potential for innovation, efficiency, and growth in both the public and private sectors, he emphasised the necessity of a strategic approach to align AI applications with social and ethical standards to ensure they benefit humanity.
