The International Conference on 'Climate Crisis in the Eastern Mediterranean and the Middle East' was a resounding success, even though it was held in the middle of intensifying hostilities in the region.
The Conference was co-organised by the Cyprus Academy of Sciences, Letters and Arts , and The Cyprus Institute from 26 to 28 September 2024, in Larnaca, and was attended by 250 scientists and policy makers of international repute
